This print is a reproduction of original rare photographs take by the US Navy of Scott Base and its environs.  The photo depicts the exterior view of Scott's Hut at Cape Evens, Ross Island, Antartica.

This is one of a series of 9 historical original photographs taken by the US Navy circa 1961.  Each print has a copy of the original typed inscription as presented on the back of each of the original photos.
