SHIPPING & RETURNS
All New Zealand orders are shipped fully-tracked and traced with an estimated delivery of 2-5 working days.
All Rural NZ orders will take 1-3 days longer than standard shipping.
Please note: Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). We don't offer Saturday delivery.

NZ – SHIPPING OVERSIZED ITEMS
Oversized items such as furniture and large pieces of home decor will incur a delivery fee. This fee is dependent on your order, weight and the location that it is being delivered to, please see our Freight Policy.
If you choose to purchase online & wish to collect in store please enter PICKUP at the checkout.

We ship to Asia, Australia, Europe & North America. All orders will be charged on a weight-based calculation/ location at checkout.
All International orders will be shipped using NZ Post Tracked, and should arrive in 10-21 business days, depending on the destination & current shipping delays due to Covid 19.

ATTIC HOMESTORE is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, unforeseen shipping delays or the time taken for international custom clearance process.
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery. ATTIC HOMESTORE is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
RETURNS EXCHANGES & FAUTLY PRODUCTS
Returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will happily accept the return of items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the correct size if available. Alternatively if the correct size is not available we will provide you with a store credit that can be used at any time.
We do not accept returns sale items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at attic.homestore@gmail
If you want to return your online purchase, please email us first so we can confirm the return before you send anything back.

Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags and attached and packaging in 100% condition.
Please send your package via Track & Trace methods only. Please enclose all relevant information.
Please note: ATTIC HOMESTORE is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. We suggest you include a prepaid bag with your return. You are responsible for the tracking of the prepaid bag that you supply us for your exchange. We are more than happy to help with size selection and fitting over the phone to try to get it correct first time.
